October, 13th - 15th 2021
Due to the ongoing corona pandemic and the associated planning uncertainties regarding the implementation of face-to-face events, the Zoonoses 2021 - International Symposium on Zoonoses Research - after the very successful premiere in 2020 - will again take place online.
It will take place from 13 - 15.10.2021 and will be under the guiding theme "From disease ecology to SARS-CoV-2". We are pleased to announce that the following speakers have already agreed to give a keynote speech:

Chelsea Wood (University of Washington, USA)
Jose de la Fuente (University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain)
Florian Krammer (Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, USA)
Shi Zheng-Li (Wuhan Institute of Virology, China)
Please note: To submit an abstract you`ll need a registration-ID (so please register online first) AND - as in the last years - an indico-profile. You can create an indico-profile here: https://bit.ly/3y2fbOz

The scientific committee of the symposium will evaluate the abstracts afterwards. You will then be notified in due course whether your abstract has been accepted and for which presentation format. Please note that the space for oral presentations is limited.
Young scientist submitting an abstract for poster presentation declare their willingness to participate in this year's virtual poster slam. For this slam, a 1-minute presentation in the form of a pre-recorded video must be submitted (submission deadline for the video will be communicated separately).
All accepted abstracts will be published in our digital abstract book - unless you object to this at the time of submission.
The deadline for Abstract Submission is July, 14th 2021 at 23:59 o'clock (CET)
After the success of the last year, we are looking forward to welcoming you virtually at our "Zoonoses 2021 - International Symposium on Zoonoses Research (Online-Edition)" in October.
