The Junior Scientist Zoonoses Meeting (JSZM) is an annual event hosted by the German Research Platform for Zoonoses to promote its doctoral students and early stage postdocs. On 14 May 2019, the workshop "Vector-borne zoonoses - Current scenarios in Germany and beyond" took place at the TMF premises in Berlin. The workshop is part of a series of events jointly organized by the Academy of Public Health Düsseldorf and the National Research Platform for Zoonoses, which aim to strengthen the exchange between public health services and research.
